West Hallam Station main building, seen from the access road, Sun. 30 Dec. 1973. The rest of the station had completely gone by this time and the cutting to the left back towards Derby completely filled in and returned to agriculture. It was as if the railway had never been there less than a decade before. The restored pithead gear from Stanley Colliery can be seen on the left.Previous | NextA distant view of Breadsall Station, taken from Croft Lane.
